Can I change packages once I have paid?
Yes you can upgrade your package as your business grows or expands.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order 24 hours a day directly from our web site. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail once received and processed. You may also contact us directly to be assisted by a customer service representative.
Do you offer dial-up internet access?
No we do not. You will need local internet access in order to maintain your web site and retrieve e-mail addressed to your site.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, but tech support only - no HTML syntax or CGI programming problems. We would like to encourage you to e-mail us whenever possible to keep the techs available for emergencies.
Do you place any restrictions on content?
Yes. Hostmaster.ca acts as a common carrier and does not inspect, rate or censor any of our client's sites regularly. We do reserve the right to deny or cancel service should we be notified of any problematic content within a site.
